The new, final date for the PERSON OF THE YEAR TESTIMONIAL DINNER is on
Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Lone Tree Manor, 7730 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, IL 60714.
Mr. Eddie Artajo, a pioneering Dipolognon in Chicago has been chosen as this year’s PERSON OF THE YEAR.
Each year Ambibo choses a man, woman, or idea that has most influenced events in the preceding years for Filipinos. In time this list will become a roster of honorees who have contributed to the betterment of the lives of our kababayans both at home and abroad. Ambibo.com’s Person of the Year are individuals who, through their profession, have made the community a better place to live and work; have shown outstanding leadership in the advancement of ideas and their careers and have contributed significantly to the preservation and promotion of our culture.

Due to scheduling and other unforeseen logistical issues Ambibo.com has decided to postpone the Testimonial Dinner in honor of the 2009 PERSON OF THE YEAR which was previously scheduled on November 28.
THE NEW DATE IS NOW JANUARY 16, 2010, 6 PM, SATURDAY AT THE SAME VENUE, THE HILTON GARDEN INN, 2930 South River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois.
Tickets already purchased will be honored at this event. Those who wish to attend may purchase the remaining tickets from Ambibo.com or it’s authorized representatives. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you on January 16.
