Always been awed by your brilliance in writing and public speaking. Winning twice in your oratory contest has made me a believer that you’ll do wonders in your generation. Your going to college at American University in the nation’s capital is a stepping stone on your way to success and we’ll try to be there every step of the way. You’re at the top of your game, Yen… the crème de la crème! Make us proud.
Advance happy 18th birthday, my lovely sister!

Even if you are turning 18, for me and your Tito Hector, everything will never change, from way back, 10 years ago, when at Brookfield Zoo, you were our youngest daughter, with Madel as the oldest, and Aeia in the middle.
