Daughter Desiree Ladera-Lee led relatives and friends in the commemoration of the 7th death anniversary of Amado G. Ladera. A mass was concelebrated by Father Manny Duterte and Fr. Thony Pizzaro. Family in Dipolog, Australia and elsewhere also held similar memorials.

While I was in Canada I tried to make a schedule for a trip back to Illinois that would make us attend the memorial prayer for Tatay Amado, but it was not possible, I ended up saying my own prayer for beloved Tatay Amado.
