   Hello Troy,

   My mother is thrilled and happy when I told her about the recognition. She said you have to inform other Grade 6 teachers in advance so that they could also come for the event.

   Hi Viz,

   Yeah, someone is doing that for the group. In fact I already informed some like our science teacher Ms. Guadalupe Lubrico-Keiper about the recognition, she is in Chicago right now. Your Mom will receive an invitation from the class. I will be home on the 20th to do finishing touches to ensure success for our 3 day 30th anniversary homecoming reunion. I will then see her.

   All the best from Batch ‘78. We just concluded ours and it was amazingly fun. By far, it was one of the best three day affair I had in years. Even the invited teachers prepared a dance number for the batch. Thanks for your help.

   Thanks for the opportunity to do your reunion design needs. It was a challenge having to work in Dipolog and then in Cebu and back. But, technology and your inputs saved a lot of time in the design process.

   Honestly, I can’t describe the feeling! The euphoria the we thought unexpectedly folded countless times. It was like magical that after 30 years we have gathered again with almost no inhibition at all. Yeah, our beloved teachers reciprocated with a dance number matching Dakak’s very own Hawaiian get go. Ma’am Elba and Ma’am Letty sang the hymn and “Too Young” while the whole class sang along with much gusto.

   I studied DPDS way back 1972-76 and was part of your batch. I left Dipolog after Grade 4 due to my father’s work assignment. I can recall Abigail, Eric, Dick, Norman, Girlie Mercado, you Troy, Rianne, Diamante and etc. I remember you used to sing the theme song of Towering Inferno.

   I still remember that day you left. All of us went to your house to say goodbye. I was based in Cebu for 12 years and have known a lot of Lee’s during my stay. Who did you get married to? The class will have another reunion next year, a week after Easter. I’ll give you a call one day or better if I’ll let Reyani call you.

   Did you and your family happens to know that Nanay Coling is seriously ill, na comatose ?
   after a stroke. Niuli sila ni agaw Nonoy ug Tata ( Lito )adtong ist week of July.
   nagtext sa ako si Nonoy pero nia man gud ko sa Kuala Lumpur mao wala ko ka-adtu sa ila sa Paranaque adtung Domingo nigikan na sila balik US sa California ba yun ?.

   Gil,
   Thanks for the concern but yeah, me and Manong Ted (Nonoy) keep in touch with what’s going on with the circle. Nanay Culing is receiving a series of anti-infectives as therapy to a neurological inflammation, not stroke as previously circulated. Let’s just hope that everything will be better for Nanay. Your prayers are much appreciated.

   It was Maan not Abigail who was the victim of the Congress blast. She was working then with Henry Teves not Tito Meniong.
