A group of ZaNortians in Chicagoland came together for the traditional “Kalag-kalag” prayers on Saturday, November 3 at the near northwest suburbs residence of Lagrimas Sorronda, who held a nine-day novena for her parents earlier in the week.
Father Manny Duterte and Father Thony Pizarro officiated the holy mass which was followed by a hearty potluck repast as everyone remembered those who have passed on and the legacies they have left behind.
